Returns Policy You may return stock wigs for a even exchange in 14 days if they are in new unused condition and not altered in any way, cut, combe etc. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). If you need to return an item, simply log-in to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. Shipping We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
Once you place you're hair system order, typical design and manufacturing times will vary from 4-6 weeks, depending on the complexity of your individual order.
Rush Delivery Service This service costs an additional $45.00 and can speed up the production and delivery time of your custom hair system. Purchasing this service when you order your unit can cut the production time down by as much as 2 weeks. However, this RUSH DELIVERY SERVICE is NOT GUARANTEED and is non-refundable!
International Shipping (Outside US)
My World Shoppers welcomes international clients and we can ship to many points throughout the world. However, there are some countries we aren't able to ship to and/or additional taxes and duties may apply.
These fees will be added accordingly to each package we send. Please note that we do not profit from these fees in anyway ? rather they are instituted by the country of origin.
We charge a flat rate fee for all purchases. Once your purchase is shipped you will receive a shipping notice with the tracking number so you can track the status of your package. We ship via USPS priority mail service
